Your coach, bestie, and hype girl, all in one! The reason I'm so passionate about helping women with their health and fitness goals is because I used to be you! I have done every fad diet, was the queen on yo-yo dieting, and the binge and restrict cycle had me in a chokehold for YEARS. Trust me, none of the quick fixes or diets work. With everything I've learnt, I want to show you how to transform your life to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself too.

I will show you how you can achieve your health and fitness goals whilst still eating delicious, nourishing foods and moving your body in a sustainable way that you love (that’s right, you don't have to train everyday!).

  • How much does your online coaching cost?
    I offer a range of coaching packages designed to suit various budgets, lifestyles, and goals. You can explore the available options on the Programmes page. You'll find the 12-week 1:1 coaching programme priced at £99 per month. If you’re interested in a tailored, premium coaching experience, you can submit an application form to schedule a consultation call. During the call, we’ll design a programme specifically for you. Premium coaching programmes start at £149 per month. Remember, the best investment you can make is in yourself. Your programme will cost no more than your daily coffee or weekly takeaway – which one aligns more with your goals?
  • Is there a minimum amount of time I need to sign up for?
    The minimum commitment period varies depending on the programme you choose. For the 12-week programme, the commitment is 12 weeks. For premium 1:1 coaching, the minimum commitment is 4 months. By agreeing to the programme, you are contractually committed to the specified duration.
  • What if I want to cancel?
    You can cancel your coaching subscription after completing your agreed minimum commitment period. A one-month notice period is required to cancel after the commitment period has ended. A 14-day cooling-off period is available, allowing you to cancel within this timeframe. Please note, the cooling-off period becomes void once you access the app or your personalised plans.   • Do I need a gym membership?
    No, you don’t! Your workout programme will be fully tailored to suit your preferred location, whether that’s at home, outdoors, or in a gym. It will consider the equipment you have access to (or just bodyweight), your experience level, the time you have available, and your goals.
  • How do the check-ins work?
    The frequency of your check-ins will depend on the programme you choose, these will either be weekly or fortnightly, and they’re completed via your app. When it’s time for your check-in, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to submit details about your week(s). This includes reflective questions, actions you’ve taken (or haven’t been able to take) towards your goals, your body metrics, and progress pictures. The check-in is your chance to provide an honest update on how you’re engaging with your programme, whether that’s sticking to your workouts, focusing on your nutrition, or any challenges you’re facing. This will always be a no judgement zone. All this information helps us assess your progress, celebrate wins, make any necessary tweaks to your programme, and offer tailored guidance or motivation. Check-ins are an essential part of keeping you accountable and ensuring you’re supported every step of the way.
  • How much support will I receive?
    The level of support you receive will depend on the programme you select: 12-Week 1:1 Coaching Programme: If you’re confident in your abilities and just need accountability to stay on track, this programme might be the perfect fit. It includes fortnightly check-ins, giving you structured opportunities to review your progress and make adjustments as needed. Premium 1:1 Coaching: For those who thrive with a higher level of personalised support, this option offers weekly check-ins to keep your momentum strong and provide tailored feedback regularly. Plus, you’ll have access to 24/7 message support, ensuring guidance is always at your fingertips whenever questions or challenges arise. Whatever your needs, there’s a programme designed to match your goals and the level of accountability you’re looking for.
  • How soon will I receive my personalised programme?
    Once you start, you’ll gain instant access to the app (your personal health hub!) where you can explore and get familiar with its features. Your first personalised plan will be delivered to you within 48 hours.
  • Can I pay monthly, or do I have to pay upfront?
    All coaching packages are paid monthly by default, unless we’ve agreed on a different arrangement.
  • Is all communication done through the app, or is there an option for in-person or telephone contact?
    All 1:1 coaching is conducted through the app. However, if you choose a premium coaching package, you have the option to add monthly coaching calls. This will be discussed during your consultation call.
